Pierwszą rzeczą, do której zachęcamy, o którą prosimy rodziny dotknięte tym problemem, jest kontakt z nami. Specjalizujemy się w obsłudze nie tylko pogrzebów, ale również pomagamy bliskim zmarłego w ciężkich, pierwszych dniach żałoby w organizacji kolejnych dni od transportu ciała do chłodni, poprzez przygotowanie go do ceremonii pogrzebu, aż po sam dzień pochówku. Wiemy, jak boli śmierć, zwłaszcza gdy bliska sercu osoba umrze za granicą. Transport zwłok wymaga przygotowania formalnego i logistycznego tego przedsięwzięcia. Nie chodzi tu tylko o określenie wysokości kosztów transportu zwłok, ta ściśle związana jest z miejscem, odległością, jaką ciało zmarłego musi pokonać do kraju. Dlatego my bierzemy wszystkie formalności na siebie.
Pozwolenia od starosty i urzędu konsularnego RP
Chodzi o dopilnowanie zebrania odpowiednich dokumentów pozwalających na przewiezienie zwłok do kraju. Pierwszym dokumentem, od którego zaczyna się procedura sprowadzenia zwłok, jest uzyskanie od starosty powiatu (zlokalizowanego w miejscu pochówku zmarłego), zgody na sprowadzenie zwłok. Wniosek taki jest rozpatrywany w ciągu 3 dni i jest zwolniony z opłaty skarbowej. Starosta wydaje decyzję na podstawie przedłożonych informacji i decyzji innych organów, w tym np. sanepidu. Niezbędne jest też otrzymanie zaświadczenia na przewóz zwłok z urzędu konsularnego RP funkcjonującego w państwie, z którego będą przewożone zwłoki. Opłata (konsularna) za ten dokument uzależniona od państwa, z którego sprowadzane jest ciało. Jeśli zwłoki sprowadzane są z terenów UE, wynosi ona 50 euro, a z Wielkiej Brytanii 40 funtów. Należy przy tym pamiętać, że do urzędu konsularnego RP trzeba dołączyć odpowiednio dokumenty niezbędne do przeprowadzenia transportu zwłok. Dokumenty te różnią się w zależności od tego, czy przewożone będzie ciało, czy prochy zmarłego.
Dokumenty niezbędne do transportu zwłok
W przypadku transportu zwłok z zagranicy należy skompletować akt zgonu, zaświadczenie medyczne o tym, że zgon nie miał związku z chorobą zakaźną, jak również zaświadczenie z firmy pogrzebowej, która będzie sprowadzać zmarłego, że spełnia normy przewozu ciał. Gdy sprowadzamy ciało z Wielkiej Brytanii, należy dołączyć dodatkowo zezwolenie koronera na wywóz ciała z Wielkiej Brytanii. Jeśli przewożone mają być prochy zmarłego, poza aktem należy przedłożyć zaświadczenia o kremacji zwłok i zaświadczenia zakładu pogrzebowego, że urna jest z metalu i zawiera jedynie szczątki zmarłego. Można dodać, że zgodnie z wymogami zasad transportu zwłok urna na czas transportu zostanie umieszczona w drewnianej skrzynce.
Sprowadzając zwłoki z zagranicy z naszą pomocą, nie zaskoczą was żadne dodatkowe koszty jak np. ukryta kilometrówka, opłaty konsularne, czy przygotowanie ciała do transportu.
